The Home buyers Survey Level 2

For properties built post-1940 that are in an average or better condition and that are of a standard construction type

Building Survey Level 3

For properties that are Pre 1940. listed, historic, significantly extended, or neglected or unusual.

  • Obvious defects are described and the identifiable risk of those that may be hidden.
  • Remedial options are outlined along with if considered to be serious, the likely consequences if the repairs are not done.
  • A timescale for the necessary work should be proposed. Future maintenance of the property is discussed, identifying those elements that may result in more frequent and/or more costly maintenance and repairs than would normally be expected.
